Welcome to Arda Online. We are a community fansite devoted to playing, supporting and discussing the MMORPG Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar. We work hard to document and map many parts of the game including quests, items, npcs, resources, and much more. We are always looking for help so signup!
New areas on the map include:
Forochel
Carn Dum
Eastern Angmar
Ettenmoors
Eastern Misty Mountains
We don't have a lot of Markers for these places yet, but that's what our community is for! As your questing in these areas, please contribute to the map and share your knowledge with others.

We've recently added the ability for members to add their characters to arda-online.com. Currently, the only feature available for your characters is the Log Parser. You can upload any number of combat logs and the parser will give you lots of useful (and some useless) information. I plan to add alot more to the log parser as well as to the new My Characters section.
Future Plans:
- Parse Timestamped logs for per-second data
- Have a 'Character Journal' page that allows you to add items and see the changes on your stats in-game stats (Using the Lorebook Item Database)
- Add crafting information about your character and open a store (for in-game COD transactions)
- Create a custom Character Image for use in forums as a signature/avatar.

Book 11 has been released on the official servers. Lots of changes for the Lore Master and Minstrel classes, as well as player housing.

Also, just so everyone knows, I am currently in the process of buying a house and moving, so there haven't been any major site updates in awhile, but that will change soon!
